Cancellations made less than 15 days before the travel date are generally non-refundable due to prior commitments with hotels, transport providers, and other services.
Failure to arrive on the scheduled travel date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refunds will be issued under such circumstances.
Any request to modify travel dates, itineraries, or services must be made in advance and is subject to availability and additional charges. We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions and payment methods used.
Certain services, including visa fees, government charges, permits, and advance bookings, may be non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
Rigje Tours & Travels shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, or government restrictions.
